How to Book
To take advantage of our discounted group rate, you must call the hotel directly. Don’t worry, they make it easy.

- Deadline: Please book by August 24, 2026 to secure the group rate. Even if the reserved block is full, as long as the hotel has rooms, you can expect a discounted rate.
Website and Third-Party Reservations (like Expedia or Booking.com) cannot be moved into the block. Guests are required to call the Front Desk to make their reservation.
Alternative Accommodations
- Vacation Rentals: There are several Airbnb and VRBO options in the Wildwood, Pacific, and Chesterfield areas.
- Other Hotels: If the block fills up or you prefer a different location, there are additional hotels located nearby in Chesterfield, MO (approx. 15 minutes away) and surrounding areas.
Getting Around
- To the Venue: The venue is a quick 10-minute drive from The Wildwood Hotel. There will be a shuttle from hotel from 4:00 - 5:00 PM and again from 10:00-11:30 PM! Reminder that the ceremoney starts promptly at 5, so earlier you’re on the shuttle, the better!
- Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are available in the area.
